something to make you feel queasy (sp?)
i'm currently transferring
emails to disk and i came across and interesting
email from don (the dude that came and talked to me [from mcgill] when we
had lunch at the mondragon). to place this into context, don knew about my
(very real) crush on you. he always told me i should act on it, but i
always maintained that you hated me (what would give me that impression?).
anyways, i had emailed him the day before the spanish final exam and told
him that i couldn't hang out with him because of the exam. he replied,
"i'm sure you'll do fine... your teacher obviously has a huge crush on you."
what the hell is that supposed to mean? could he have known something that
i didn't?
i am humoured.

Mejia Godoy sounds pretty interesting. my only objections are
that 1) i thought you'd already devoted my time to your friend william on
one of those nights, 2) the other night was the anti-imperialist short film
festival (i dunno, maybe you had no interest in that), 3) although i can
read spanish half decently, i do not have an ear for it (granted, i don't
think it's important to necessarily understand what is being sung, though
i'd be interested in learning about sr. Mejia's torrid love affair with el
presidente, daniel ortega [or whatever he sings about]). that being said,
maybe we could discuss the pros and cons of each event (jesus, we must be
high in demand with all of these activities going on. i'm go
